We’re a mobile party planner that brings the joy of creative expression to your chosen location. We can schedule private parties any weekend or Friday evenings. WeeCosmos is dedicated to making art accessible and delightful for people of all ages. We will come to your chosen location (within the Tri-Valley, Fremont Area) with all the art supplies and guidance needed for a fun and creative experience. No experience is needed! Our parties are designed for all skill and age levels. What types of events can I book an arty party for?
Our arty party parties are great for any occasion, including birthdays, friends gathering or family gatherings. There needs to be a minimum of 10 participants.
What does Arty Party include?
Each package includes paint supplies, canvases, brushes, aprons, and a creative instructor to guide the experience. All Clients must have a Venue Location secured, disposable table cloths, disposables plates , cups and paper towels.
Is any experience necessary?
No experience is necessary. We will provide step-by-step instruction. so you can enjoy the fun process, no matter your experience and create your masterpiece.
Can we choose our theme?
Yes! We offer a range of themes. Plenty of craft activity and paintings for you to choose from, or we can work with you to create something custom for your event.
How far in advance should be the booking?
We require booking at least 2 weeks in advance to order and prep the materials. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute availability. Last week rush fee will be charged.
What are the charges?
The fees depends upon the kind activity chosen. There is a non refundable deposit of $100 payable at the time of booking.
